Getting Started

6 questions
What is a liquidation pallet?
A liquidation pallet is a bulk lot of merchandise, customer returns, overstock, or shelf pulls, that retailers sell at discounted prices. At Return Pallets UK, our pallets are sourced directly from leading UK retailers and returns processing centres. Items may include electronics, tools, clothing, home goods, and more, typically valued 50–80% above what you pay.
Do I need a business licence to buy from you?
No formal business licence is required. We welcome both individual resellers and registered businesses. If you're VAT registered, let us know at checkout so we can issue a proper VAT invoice.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There's no minimum. You can start with a single pallet, though many resellers move to bulk orders (5+ pallets) once they've found a category that works well for them, as this unlocks better per-pallet pricing.
How do I get started buying?
Simply browse our shop, choose a pallet, and check out like any normal online order. If you need something specific, use our Custom Order form instead and our sourcing team will find it for you.
Can I visit your warehouse to inspect pallets?
Yes, warehouse visits are available by appointment. Contact our team to schedule a viewing before you buy, particularly useful for larger bulk or custom orders.
Is liquidation reselling a good business for beginners?
It can be, many of our resellers started with a single pallet to test the waters. We'd recommend starting small, learning what sells well in your area or platform, and scaling up once you're confident in the process.

Products & Pallets

5 questions
What categories of merchandise do you carry?
We carry electronics, tools & hardware, home goods, clothing & apparel, food & grocery, Amazon returns, toys, and general mixed merchandise. New categories are added regularly.
What condition are the items in?
Condition varies by pallet type and is listed clearly on each product page, ranging from unopened overstock to mixed customer returns (which may include used, tested, or untested items).
What is a manifested pallet?
A manifested pallet comes with a detailed list of every item included, along with estimated retail values, so you know exactly what you're buying before it arrives.
Where does your merchandise come from?
We source directly from leading UK retailers and returns processing centres, including customer returns, overstock, and shelf pulls that retailers can no longer sell through their normal channels.
How often does new inventory arrive?
New stock arrives multiple times a week. We'd recommend checking back regularly, or subscribing to our newsletter to hear about new arrivals first.

Ordering & Payment

5 questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfer for larger bulk and truckload orders. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Can I place a custom order for specific merchandise?
Yes. Use our Custom Order form to tell us the brands, categories, or quantities you're after, and our sourcing team will put together a tailored quote, usually within 24 hours.
Are there volume discounts for multiple pallets?
Yes, larger orders (5+ pallets) unlock better per-pallet pricing. Contact our team for a volume quote on bulk or recurring orders.
How long does order processing take?
Most standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Custom orders may take longer depending on sourcing requirements, we'll keep you updated throughout.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can usually accommodate changes before an order has been dispatched, but can't guarantee this once it's already left our warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery

4 questions
Do you deliver UK-wide?
Yes, we deliver to addresses across the UK via trusted freight carriers. Delivery costs and timescales vary by location and pallet size, and are calculated at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on pallet size, weight, and delivery location. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your order, no hidden fees.
How long does shipping take?
Most UK deliveries arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch, depending on your location and the freight carrier used. You'll receive tracking information once your pallet ships.
What if my pallet arrives damaged?
Please photograph any damage on arrival and contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with you to resolve it, whether that's a partial refund, replacement, or freight claim, depending on the circumstances.

Reselling Tips

3 questions
Where can I resell liquidation pallet items?
Popular options include eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, market stalls, and car boot sales. Many of our resellers use a mix of platforms depending on the item type.
What pallet categories offer the best profit margins?
This varies by season and market, but electronics and branded tools tend to hold value well, while general mixed lots offer volume and variety at a lower entry cost. We'd recommend testing a couple of categories to see what performs best for your audience.
How do I price items for resale?
Check what similar items have recently sold for on your chosen platform (eBay's "sold listings" filter is useful for this), then price competitively while accounting for your costs, including the pallet price, shipping, and platform fees.

Policies & Returns

3 questions
What is your return policy?
Because liquidation pallets are sold as bulk lots of mixed-condition stock, they're generally sold as final sale. Please review the manifest and condition details carefully before purchasing. Damaged-in-transit claims are handled separately, see our shipping FAQ above.
Are there any guarantees on the items?
We guarantee that manifested pallets accurately reflect their listed contents. Individual item condition varies by pallet type, exactly as described on each listing, so please check condition details before buying.
How is my personal information protected?
We handle your data in line with UK GDPR. Your details are used only to process your order and communicate with you, and are never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
